Prompt action is required for the most accurate results. Testing must be started within a few days of receiving the test and mailed to the laboratory immediately after completion. Although we are loaning you this test kit for free, if the test isn't sent back, you will be required to pay for the replacement cost of the kit ($30).
You must agree to start testing quickly after receiving and send the test back promptly.
You must understand that the test must be returned to avoid being charged $30.
After agreeing to these terms and submitting the radon test kit form, we will mail you the next available radon test kit (generally within a week of receiving your form).
